Who controls your data

Enrique Torres in Mexico provides Olager and is its data controller. Contact privacy@olager.gift for privacy requests or support@olager.gift for support.

Data we process

We process your Cognito subject, email and authentication state; display name, language, timestamps, plan and quota use; groups, memberships, invitations, events, participation, wishlists, titles, notes, links, avatars, gift images, reservations and purchase markers. Safety records include blocks, reports, reasons, decisions, actions and limited audit history. Technical records may include request IDs, timestamps, errors, security logs, and device or IP data present in AWS service logs. We do not use advertising or cross-app tracking.

Why and with whom

We use data to operate accounts and private collaboration, deliver images, secure authentication, enforce quotas, moderate content, answer support, maintain reliability and comply with law. AWS services used include Cognito, API Gateway, Lambda, DynamoDB, S3, CloudFront, Route 53, Step Functions, SNS, CloudWatch and Rekognition. Zoho processes role email. Apple independently handles App Store distribution and its diagnostics. Content is shared only in groups or events you select. Providers process data for Olager; we do not sell data.

Image screening

Uploaded profile and gift JPEGs are automatically analyzed for unsafe-content categories before publication. Rejected staging images are removed.

Retention and deletion

Active data remains while the account or content exists. Uncommitted uploads expire within two days. Resolved anonymized safety audit metadata expires after 90 days. Logs, backups and workflow history follow their configured schedules. In Profile → Account → Delete Account you can request deletion, normally within 24 hours. Personal content is removed; ownership may transfer and shared structure may survive in anonymized form. Legal retention exceptions may apply.

Your choices and international processing

Email us to request access, correction or privacy help. AWS and Zoho processing may occur outside Mexico under safeguards to be approved by counsel. Olager is not directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly collect their data.

Security and changes

We use reasonable safeguards but cannot promise absolute security. Material changes will be published here with a new date.
