Acceptance and eligibility

By using Olager you accept these terms. You must be legally able to agree and meet the app’s age requirement. Protect your account and private invitation codes and promptly report unauthorized access.

Your content and acceptable use

You keep ownership of content you submit. You grant Olager a limited, worldwide license to store, display and process it only to operate and improve the service. The license ends when content is deleted, except transient backups and legally required records. Follow the Community Guidelines and respect privacy and intellectual-property rights. Do not abuse invitations, impersonate others, evade filters or blocks, or use Olager illegally.

Moderation and safety

We may screen images and text, review reports, remove or anonymize content, warn users, suspend or terminate accounts, and preserve shared group or event continuity. Blocking can remove memberships and scoped content and unblocking does not restore them. Appeal at support@olager.gift.

Deletion and availability

You may request account deletion in the app. Personal content is removed, while shared structures may remain and ownership may transfer. The service may change, be interrupted or end. No service is guaranteed error-free or continuously available.

Rights, liability and changes

Olager branding and software remain protected. Send rights complaints to support with enough information to investigate. Legally required consumer rights remain unaffected. Warranty disclaimers, liability limits, governing law and dispute terms apply only as approved by counsel and permitted in Mexico and the United States. We may update these terms with a new date and may terminate access for serious or repeated violations.
