What to include
Include the app version, language, approximate time, non-sensitive steps and a moderation case or deletion request ID when available. Never email passwords, verification codes, invite codes or private images.
In the app
- Delete account: Profile → Account → Delete Account.
- Report or block: open a member or content overflow menu.
- Unblock: Profile → Safety → Blocked Users.
Olager support is not an emergency service. Contact local emergency services for imminent danger.
